AltalLumé Medical Direct Memebership

We offer memberships for individuals and families alike, featuring flexible payment choices to meet your preferences. You can select monthly payments or pay annually. Some services provided with our memberships include: 

Acute Illness Visit

Management of a variety of minor acute illness, such as sore throat, cough, fever, urinary complaints. Minor laceration repair and suture removal. Dehydration and IV Therapy.  Initial screening can be done by telehealth.

Medical Exams

School and sports physicals.  Exams for medical clearance or return to work.

Telehealth Visits

Most minor illness can be managed by telehealth.  It is fast, safe and convenient.  If an in-person visit is necessary we can schedule same or next day appointments.

Medical Consult

Members have the ability to consult Dr. Meoli on a variety of issues.  If he is unable to manage the issue, he will provide recommendations and help direct your care.

IV Wellness

IV wellness treatments, such as NAD and Meyers Cocktail, are designed to rejuven your body and enhance overall well-being. These therapies deliver essential nutrients directly into your bloodstream promoting energy, hydration, and vitality. Access Membership

$50/month

Perfect for the single person who wants affordable, convenient access when needed.  Access membership allows you to receive service at a discounted rate.

  • Discounted acute care telehealth visits.

  • Discounted in-person acute-care visits.

  • Discounted IV Wellness treatment.

  • Priority Scheduling over non-members.

Comprehensive Care Membership

$150/month single

For individuals or families who want the security of specialized medical care without worrying about access.  Couples membership includes:

  • 10 acute care telehealth visits yearly

  • 5 in-person acute care visits yearly

  • Discounted IV Wellness

  • Priority scheduling

Wellness Membership

$250/month

Wellness Memberships are for those who want the ultimate in access and regular IV wellness treatments.  Membership includes:

  • All Comprehensive Care Membership benefits.

  • One IV wellness infusions per month.

  • Discounts on all other services.

  • Highest scheduling priority.

Family Memberships

 $25 per person per month

Family add-ons are available for all membership.  We provide access for those ages 3 and up in your household.

  • All memberships are HSA and FSA eligible.

  • No insurance accepted

  • No co-pays, deductibles or surprise billing

  • Payments can be made monthly.  Annual payments are eligible for a 5% discount.

  • Phone access including text is during the hours of 7am to 7pm daily.  

  • Email questions will be answered within 24 hours
